Q: Does Vector buy
brackets or bands?
A: No.
Q: Do we get our own parts
back?
A: Yes.
Q: How long does it take to clean my
brackets and bands?
A: Brackets and bands to be cleaned without sizing take
7-10 working days.
Bands to be cleaned and sized
require 4 to 6 weeks and are shipped separately unless you specify
otherwise.
Q: Does Vector remove tie wires and/or arch
wires?
A: Yes, however there will be a labor charge of up to .10 cents per
wire depending on the difficulty of removal. We'd be happy to provide an
estimate.
Q: Do we have to count our parts?
A: No,
unless you would like to prepay by check or money order.
Q: How do we pay for our order?
A: U.S. clients may be billed or
prepay by check, money order, Visa/Mastercard or by UPS C.O.D. All international
orders must be prepaid by Visa/Mastercard, International money order or a cheque
in U.S. dollars funded through a U.S. bank.
Q: What is
the safest way to send my order to Vector?
A: Place your parts in a sturdy
plastic bag inside a box or padded shipping envelope. Please do not send plastic
trays and always be sure that all parts are completely dry. On request we
will provide a prepaid shipping label (sorry, U.S. only).
Our technique includes sterilization by heat, chemical and detergent
processes. Appliances are finished by compound
polishing.
